The following language may be helpful to aid you and your attorney in preparing your bequest to the UCA Foundation for the benefit of The University of Central Arkansas.
I give and bequeath to the UCA Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit corporation organized in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas for the purpose of supporting the University of Central Arkansas,

2) the following described property ______________________
3) _____% of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate.
For supporters who wish to name the UCA Foundation, Inc. in their will or estate plan, we should be named as:
University of Central Arkansas Foundation, Inc. a nonprofit corporation, organized in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, with principal business address of Buffalo Alumni Hall, UCA Box 4986, Conway, AR 72035-4986.
Our tax identification number is: 71-0550590.
If you choose to name the UCA Foundation, Inc. as a beneficiary, please let us know of your plans. This will enable us to not only show our appreciation of your generosity by inducting you into our Doyne Society club, but also to include your support in planning for the future of the University of Central Arkansas.
